Syntax highlighting, was the reason behind this idea (but the kate developers
dropped the idea of using qrichtext - in particular because they wanted doc/view
separation so they couldn't use qtextedit).... maybe a stripped down version of
the future libkofficetext would be the solution, for such needs.
