Yes -- my only concern is that this is a very big feature, and really quite
complicated to do well. From my own abortive attempt and some discussion with
the guy who did the previous table implementation in KOffice on irc, I came
away with the distinct impression that it is really hard to scale up a simple
first-cut implementation to something that can handle everything ODF defines
about tables -- where tables can be nested unto the umpteenth generation and
contain basically anything. For instance, it doesn't work to make every table
cell a separate shape, but table cells must be able to contain shapes. Then
there are some nasty differences between the row/col handling in .doc and odf
-- and we really should be able to sensibly support .doc tables, too.
