hihi, don't confuse the man ;)

A connection actually doesn't have to have matching arguments, you can drop an 
argument in the slot. Qt is smart enough as long as you drop it at the end.
So   foo(int, int, char)  connects just fine to  bar(int,int)
or even bar()
