Actually, that is the first thing I'm addressing. ;) See
link at the end of the email (just the vision section).

Even if you don't bring the topic up, it will always be at the
back of someone's mind, so what I plan to do is confront the
question head-on and even put a positive spin on it. It could
use some refining, but it's good to know where your product
stands. The way I've described it, it fills a completely
different niche than Open Office.

Hey! Good one! We'll need a "User cases" section in the
Discover section.

Unfortunately you won't be able to count on many people for
this one (yet), since KOffice 2 is not officially out yet. :\
Well... to be seen.

(as for the long boring list of features, each application
will have its own feature list. The Applications page of
the Discovery section is just a quick overview so that you
know just what each application is about at a glance. Speaking
as an idiot: I still don't get exactly what application is
doing what)

One day, I hope that Workspaces could also be added to that
list of features (the hype value could be tremendous).

Yes, I didn't want to spend a day on proof of concept. D:

We'll leave it up to the designers. The winning design takes it.
If the text is on the bottom, then it remains on the bottom.
If it's on the right, then so be it too.

Which reminds me, I forgot to include somewhere a resource
section (for the final website organization, I mean), including
the logos. D:

Ah well, I'll have to think about it later.
