Definitely. But not only that: I also want to have (L)GPLv2+ as the standard
for our applications. I mean, if kolibs (gplv2+) links with gpgme (gplv3), that's
possible, but as far as I understand, KoCoolApp (gplv2 only) then cannot link to
kolibs anymore. I'm not even sure GPLv2-only plugins can link to apps that
transitively link to libs that link to GPLv3 libs.
