I am more interested in photographs so I am going to use that for an
example {note that I am using a color target to be clear}

I have an image file:

	http://home.earthlink.net/~tyrerj/kde/Krita/color.jpg

which I want a print made at the local Walgreens that has a Fuji
one-hour setup. This file is raw in the sense that it has no ICC color
profile information.

I got the Fuji ICC profile:

	Fuji_Frontier-PD_CA-Type-ONE_V2.icc

And copied it into the proper directory.

Now I opened my file (color.jpg) in Krita.

I converted it to:

RGB(8-bit integer/channel)::Fuji_Frontier-PD_CA-Type-ONE_V2

Using: "Perceptual" which IIUC is a linear mapping transform.

and saved the image:

	http://home.earthlink.net/~tyrerj/kde/Krita/color-Fuji-PDT1.png

 From my experience with having prints made from slides, the converted
image appears to be a good approximation of how a print will look (even
on my uncalibrated monitor).

Now, I have a simple question, which of the two files do I send to the lab?
