It's already used in other apps like Showimg and KPhotoAlbum, bu _copying_ the 
code, what is bad, and because the lib is not moved to public. After moving it 
to poublic, folks will be able to just add dependency on koffice core package 
in their apps.
In KOffice, to be able to add ruch data support, including _real_ CSV and 
databases kexidb needs to be a public API at koffice level. It's someting like 
the flake thing - for me it's hard to imageine you keeping the flake lib in 
KWord just because the app is its "parent".
