Yes, threads, blah blah blah. But with the current code there are obvious advantages
in keeping processes separated. At least being able to do that; since it's also possible
to open multiple documents in the same process. KUniqueApplication would prevent
that completely, which seems very unflexible to me. If you really want a way to
open a document into an existing process "from the outside", a solution like kfmclient
might be a better solution; with konq there is a choice between process separation
and process reuse, whereas with KUniqueApplication there isn't - it's really only for
those apps where process separation is completely out of the question (e.g. kmail).
