But transition effect and slide duration now have there own dialog and will 
therefore be removed from this one.

And the remaining settings like 'Infinite loop', 'Manual switch to next step' 
and 'Show presentation duration' are at least document-specific. So 
'Configure pages...' should be removed from the context-menu of the slide...
