Hmm; I updated my sourcetree; but the old Makefiles are still there; David was 
right, the wv2 was missing so no filter was installed. (I figured an 
auto-fallback would be used).
I guess that the kbuildsycoca found out the filter was suddenly missing since 
that was the first time it was run after kde was (very) cleanly 
re-installed..

It seems the kwrite filter works quite well for the document I got :)
