Hi,

the new history docker is in CVS along with the new VCommandHistory (No more 
derived from KCommandHistory but with a very similar API). 

Behaviour is:
- Undos and redos like in other graphic apps with a left click on an item, 
- undo or redo of an single item with a right click.

All works for me but the documentRestored() signal/documentSaved() feature 
that is not implemented at the time... We will see later is we keep the right 
click feature but for the moment I need it for debugging purpose.
