Well, we have this in the security consideration section of the new mimetype:

With a central registry, I personally think that the user does not control 
anymore the inclusion of his data in KWord.

However, we can have an option somewhere in KOffice to ask if the user wants 
his author data included or not. (It is what I had planned in the dialog of 
KWord's HTML export filter.)
