Hi,

it is nearly impossible to resize a Table in KWord as whole. I think this is 
a big problem when you have cells with equal size and you want to 
reduce/enlarge the table(without changing the size ratio between the cells).
IMO it could work like this:
When you click on the border of the table the whole table is selected and you 
can resize the whole table
Clicking on the border of a cell (the inside borders of the "outside" cells 
-> resizing the row/line(like it is now)
