Remove /bin!!!!
export KDEDIRS=/usr/local/kde:/usr

Yes, that's the problem. Did you do the ln command I suggested?

And that's the other problem - you have RedHat's KOffice installed. 

1) remove RedHat's KOffice
2) do the ln -s
3) fix KDEDIRS
4) run kbuildsycoca.
