They are KOffice debian packages on http://download.kde.org/stable/
koffice-latest/Debian/woody but the binary packages are only for i386 
architecture.

It should be easier to install a minimal woody on your alpha workstation and 
then upgrade to Sarge or Sid. The Debian repository for Sarge or Sid have the 
latest stable version of KDE and you'll have much less conflicts. 
Nevertheless, there are still some problems (it is Debian...) installing KDE 
on Debian and you should look http://wiki.debian.net/index.cgi?DebianKDE for 
guidance.
