AFAIK insert arrow/line works with KWord-1.2, too.
I guess I just need to package some of my arrows/rectangles in on tarball, and 
put it on web.

In contrast with MS Word, which supports only very primitive drawings (check 
quality of clipart which comes with Word 2000, it seems they use polylines 
instead of bezier curves, etc.), KWord supports SVG.
While I wish to have betetr support for SVG in KOffice, even current 
possibility to embed SVG in KWord docs is very impressive.
I think it's a "killer feature" . I am not sure that OpenOffice can do this.
