New docs are included with koffice 1.2 (kugar report template designer as
well).

Currently no.
Added it in my TODO for the koffice 1.3. If you want transparency now,
check cvs after about a week. I've added transparent drawing already,
but it leads to loosing background color for the label - only label frame
and text are drawn. Is this acceptable? 

BTW, any suggestions about kugar and kudesigner are highly welcome.
I have an indention to make kugar usable.
