Well, no, they're all wrong. They all point to /usr, but you said your KDE3 is in /opt/kde3
(are you sure about that? From the above it seems your KDE3 is in /usr...)
Is that kderc file from your distributor?

Well, what's in /opt/kde3 and what's in /usr ? There's a mixup here.
I can't sort this out for you, I don't know what's in those dirs.
