What about a kde program that installs itself before its installed; just
so its easier to install the installation program for kde :))

Anyway; its quite a load of nonsense to put it into one package, most distros
actually split the packages further to provide more fine-grained control for
the user.

If you have a problem about stuff not working the way you expect because stuff
is not installed; blame your distro! Not the ones who create the software.
