Hi Jim!

I assume you use CUPS! If you don't use it: use it now! Its the best Linux 
printing could happend :-)

In KDEs standard printing dialog right to the printer name press the 
configure button (I use here the German localization, so I *think* its called 
"configure" ;-)

There you have a 3-tabbed dialog, choose "filters"

create a new filter (funnel(?)-button) and there you can choose the thing you 
want - I call this: pampflet-printing

Oh, the filter is based on the pstools, I *think* this has to be installed.
