Actually I don't think it's a good idea to make every folder a possible 
template folder. IMHO simply adding a new system folder called 
'Templates' would suffice.

This will be obsolete if we only have one Template system folder.

If you choose "Edit" from the "Message" menu then the template should 
be edited. You should add a new entry to compose a message from a 
template. Something like "New message from template".

IMHO that's not necessary. But the context menu should be similar to 
the context menu shown in the drafts folder.

Hmm, Date should also be removed although I guess it's nevertheless 
overwritten when the message is sent. Also removing the X-Mailer header 
wouldn't harm. But maybe this is also overwritten. All other headers 
don't need to be removed IMHO.
