Actually I don't think it's a good idea to make every folder a possible=20
template folder. IMHO simply adding a new system folder called=20
'Templates' would suffice.

If you choose "Edit" from the "Message" menu then the template should=20
be edited. You should add a new entry to compose a message from a=20
template. Something like "New message from template".

IMHO that's not necessary. But the context menu should be similar to=20
the context menu shown in the drafts folder.

Hmm, Date should also be removed although I guess it's nevertheless=20
overwritten when the message is sent. Also removing the X-Mailer header=20
wouldn't harm. But maybe this is also overwritten. All other headers=20
don't need to be removed IMHO.
