I have just downloaded kde 2.1 and was going to email it to a friend when kmail \
crashed. 

When id downloaded kde i tar ziped all the rpms into one file. When i try to add this \
file as an atachment, kmail crashes. This bug happens every time i try to atach the \
file. I do not get to the point where kmail asks me to name and describe the atached \
file. This file is approx 78 Mb in size. I have tryed sending smaller files to the \
person and they work fine.

to send emails i go through a mail server using pop3. The person i was trying to \
email uses the same mail server, and also runs their computer on linux red hat 6.2.
