I reckon if coloring is turned on, then italics should be off.
While I'm here, I'll follow up a few pionts in my last post.

Well I've done this it's a small patch but a big change. It kind of makes
sense though as it means filters at the top of the list have highest priority.

Actually this change won't work as it isn't i18n friendly.
