Arrrgh. My fault. But also in part this is Kmail fault.
Why in Composer->Phrases is notation
%D=date
but in external editor settings "%f"? I thought this is literal and made
gvim -f "%f" which caused problems.
Please change it to
"%f" (without quotes) will be replaced with the filename to edit.
or
%f=filename to edit AND example of editor settings eg.: kedit %f
m.
