Oh, I don't insist on doing all things personally, and I forgot about
the feature plan...

I don't understand what you mean with this entry, could please explain
it to me?

What do you think is a realistic goal for 3.2? I think one possiblity would be
to build a unified article/mail viewer component.
On KNode side we have to switch to khtml and on the Kmail side Klas Kalass
wants to make the displayed headers configurable, a feature that is already
implemented in KNode. Besides that, Marc wants to get rid of mimelib in Kmail,
so a unified viewer should be easy to implement.

Should be easy, but you will probably have to adapted Carsten's code a bit
to accomodate for the usage of the subscribtion dialog in the article composer
of KNode.

Ok, I already started to work on the kio/networking stuff and the changes
in this area will probably not interfere much with your plans, so would
propose that I continue to do this job.
And you could start to work on the gui changes you planned and eventually
investigate the case of a unified viewer widget.
What do you think?
I would like to discuss we changes we do on knode-devel, this way we can also
"dynamically" decide if I should help you with certain gui-changes and vice
versa.
Greetings
