Summary: KMail does not prompt for password after closing
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.4.1
          Platform: Slackware Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail@kde.org
        ReportedBy: evanchsa@clarkson.edu

Version: 1.4.1 (using KDE KDE 3.0.1)
Installed from: Slackware Packages
Compiler: gcc 2.95.3
OS: Linux

KMail is configured as an IMAP client using a SSL/TLS connection to my server. My \
client does NOT remember my password.

I leave KMail open on my laptop and suspend the machine while I relocate to different \
wireless networks.

When I reconnect, I have to close KMail because the IMAP IO process timeout is quite \
large.

Upon closing KMail to force it to reinitialize, it does not apparently close the IMAP \
IO process.

Unfortunately, when I reopen KMAIL it reuses the IMAP IO process, which has saved my \
password. _______________________________________________
