It varies.. most of the time Ctrl-L is extremely fast but sometimes it is a
lot slower and the funny thing is that the progress bar increments are
*always* 9% for me, from 0% all the way up to 99% and done. Might not be
relevant, but it did catch my attention.

It doesn't bother me much though, so I didn't even try to analyze whether
it is my IMAP server, KMail or the network itself causing these hiccups.
