Did you try again to add a new filter in the meantime? If no, then 
please do so.

Please don't bother filing a bug report if you can't reproduce the 
problem. Because if you can't reproduce it then we can't reproduce it 
and if we can't reproduce it then we can't fix it.
If, OTOH, you find a way to reproduce this problem then please file a 
bug report.
