Did you try again to add a new filter in the meantime? If no, then=20
please do so.

Please don't bother filing a bug report if you can't reproduce the=20
problem. Because if you can't reproduce it then we can't reproduce it=20
and if we can't reproduce it then we can't fix it.
If, OTOH, you find a way to reproduce this problem then please file a=20
bug report.
