Actually, I don't have any problems with every dialog box conatining the
application name.  Infact, this is required, as Waldo mentioned, if the
application actaully poped up the box itself.  And kfm does this very well. 
However, in the "properties" and "open with" boxes all it shows in the title
bar is "kfm", which IMHO is not descriptive at all.  A descriptive title
quickly lets the user know what the information that dialog box contains ...
