What kinda bugs me about all of this is that Torben (essentially) says
"don't do anything advanced with KFMII as we're going to use KFMIII RSN"
but *refuses* to release the KFMIII sources.  This is an almost arrogant
approach -- VERY cathedral and not at all bazaar.

We have several non-1.1 packages in CVS so there is no good excuse for
it not to be there.

Hmm.. I'm probably going to rant about some things related to this in
Real Soon Now (tm).
