The File Tree sidebar also multiple files to be selected.

When the Perforce version control options are enabled I can right click and get a \
perforce menu.

If I select "Edit", I'd expect all the selected files to be opened for edit.  However \
only the first file in the list is opened.

Multiple file selection would be appropriate for other perforce options:
  Revert, Submit, Sync, Add, Remove

However it would not be appropriate for "Diff against repository", since that would \
then require multiple diff views.  The UI (at least some of them) has only one Diff \
pane, hence multiple views could not be displayed.

Perhaps when more than one file is selected the Diff option should be temporarily \
disabled.
