Hello Hakan, my apologies for mis-spelling your name.

Yes. If I select 'All' it shows up in its alphabetic order and has a
blue & green pawn shaped icon (Normal contact entries only have the blue
pawn shaped icon). If I the select 'Distribution List' it shows up there
on its own (I only have one distribution list).
If I bring up Kaddressbook on its own my Distribution List *does not*
show up *unless* I have the 'Settings' --> 'Show Extension' -->
Distribution List Editor' box with a cross in it. The distribution list
*does not* show up among the normal contacts. This, however, is not a
show stopper as I always select my recipient from the select button in
the Kmail composer and I created my distribution list in the
distribution list editor. I *cannot* create a distribution list from the
Contacts editor.
Another feature that doesn't appear to work on my install is the 'Store
Contact In' button (like a blue telephone handset) on the tool bar.
Clicking on it appears to do absolutely nothing. I would expect it to
bring up a drop down list or something so I could select where I wanted
to store the contact. This may be because I do not fully understand
Kaddressbook. The help file for Kaddressbook comes up OK but informs me
that the help has not yet been written :-) and that statement is 'true' :-)
There is quite clearly some annoying bugs, sorry, features, in Kmail and
Kaddressbook but they can be worked around on my F8 system.
