Could solve the problem this way:

A look into etherreal:
0000   00 50 8b b4 63 a7 00 04 0e 6b 34 be 08 00 45 00  .P..c....k4...E.
0010   00 5f 58 10 40 00 36 06 10 0e cd bc 9b f9 c0 a8  ._X.@.6.........
0020   b2 1c 00 8f 37 13 4c ac 63 43 8b e2 37 10 80 18  ....7.L.cC..7...
0030   05 a8 b8 1d 00 00 01 01 08 0a 52 09 0b 26 00 2f  ..........R..&./
0040   b8 c1 31 34 20 4e 4f 20 4d 61 69 6c 62 6f 78 20  ..14 NO Mailbox 
0050   49 4e 42 4f 58 20 63 61 6e 6e 6f 74 20 62 65 20  INBOX cannot be 
0060   61 70 70 65 6e 64 65 64 20 74 6f 0d 0a           appended to..

And I discovered that only 2 of 4 email accounts on the imap erver showed this \
problem (the other 2 are not realy in use, so I didnot see the difference at once)

I deleted the 2 affected accounts in kmail and set 2 new ones with different names \
and changed from imap to dimap - everything is ok. Thanks anyway .
