Could solve the problem this way:

And I discovered that only 2 of 4 email accounts on the imap erver showed this problem (the other 2 are not realy in use, so I didnot see the difference at once)
I deleted the 2 affected accounts in kmail and set 2 new ones with different names and changed from imap to dimap - everything is ok.
