I did install libqt-mt-dev at first.  Then I realized - it should be 
libqt3-mt-dev.   I attempted to do so, but now Kpackager  reports following:

Preparing to replace xlibmesa-gl 4.3.0-7 
(using .../xlibmesa-gl_4.3.0.dfsg.1-4_i386.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement xlibmesa-gl ...error 
processing /var/cache/apt/archives/xlibmesa-gl_4.3.0.dfsg.1-4_i386.deb

 trying to overwrit
dpkg: e `/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1.2', which is also in package fglrx-glc22
