That's a matter of making sure you have (a) a 3.2 kdelibs with
kconfig_compiler and (b) an admin/ dir in the kdepim directory from after
the 20th or so. kconfig_compiler is supposed to be called on
vcalconduitSettings.kcfgc (?) which generates the vcalconduitSettings.h.

You might try to cd into kpilot/conduits/vcalconduit and make
vcalconduitSettings.h, as well.

It strikes me as a problem with the CVS ebuilds. The problem is that the
build system has suddenly expanded to include KConfigXT as well, and I've
gone and used it, and this breaks. Feh.
