If two long-time contributors words aren't good enough for you, then what is?

I've never seen your name on a KDE mailinglist (which is most probably my
fault) so I assumed that you're just not yet familiar with how we 'usually'
do work together. I felt that sharing this was a good idea. If you feel my
reaction was rude, then please excuse that, it certainly wasn't meant that
way.

Apparently, you're asking for something like the Code of Conduct the Ubuntu
project uses [1]. Now KDE does not have something as official as that, but
relying on common sense and generally being nice probably don't need a
written official, electronically signed agreement, at least it wasn't
necessary in the past.

That said, to me and all the people within KDE I've talked about that the
above document also applies to how we should deal with each other.

If you would like some further guidance how to find your way of dealing with
and representing the KDE community, I'd be happy to help you. Also, if you'd
like to help with getting a more formal document in place, I can help with
that.

Yours,
