Hallo

We are working on a solution on this. Thanks for telling us there is a need 
for it. I can not tell you a timeframe at the moment. There is a working 
toolchain, but we have to integrate it in the running structure.

There is a possibility to produce documentation in one big HTML file, which is 
much easier to print. If you are interested, please let me know.
