Sure... open up address book and double-click on any name in there to
start a new message to that email address. Or, if you're already in a
message and you want to send it to someone, you click on the button
on the right of any of the fields (from/reply to/to/cc/bcc, etc) and
then select an address from the address book that pops up and
double-click (or single-click and hit "ok") and it'll automatically
put that email address on the line you were just on.

Get the new version (RPM available using the "KDE Network" RPM) It
supports "nested folders."
