Subject:    Kpackage needs RPM libraries - where do i get them?

While running ./configure, it warns me that no RPM support will be available
since it can't find the RPM libs... I installed RPM and RPM-devel 3.0.1 just
fine... so i am wundering....

anyone got any ideas?
