hi...

read your report. everything seems to be accurate except for #2-8 as the 
grips have been changed slightly in cvs HEAD to include a little arrow that 
produces a menu when clicked on. this eases the "where is the menu" and 
"right clicking grips is not intuitive" issues.

this will be an issue when it comes time to getting the developers to read 
the reports and take action. 

i think it is great that everyone is going out and spending time doing detail 
analysis on the various bits and pieces of KDE. however, the result of that 
is not really a usability report but a wishlist and bug report, for which 
there is already a system in place.
