I've moved star icon to upper left corner, so you can star primary monitor.
The enabled/disabled uses usual check/cross marks respectively.
About wherever to show resize/reotate/etc icons on hover. Why not to fade
them down to like 20-50% opacity and restore when mouse enters monitor zone?
