I don't have such a thing :-). Nor an easy way to obtain it. Sorry. But...

...I think I follow this.

Actually current gwenview has sort-of like this but it is part of side 
bar (on another note, I don't really like that sidebar is always left 
now and can't be moved, and I'd rather be able to see all panels at 
once). Anyway it still takes up more space :-).
