? It is supposed to be non-modal pane so you could ignore it just by 
keep editing the file. And this is the problem.

Modal means -- intercepted focus. So what you said is a contradiction, 
if you agree ignoring can be dangerous (accidental ignore), than this 
dialog should be modal.
