First of all -- if it ain't broken, don't fix it.

So what is the benefit of this new UI proposal? I mean _benefit_?

The dialogs I have in mind are placed in the center, they are side 
effects of some actions, not direct effects. So user has to focus on 
the message. What's more user cannot ignore the message and continue 
editing.

Maybe I miss something, but this change does not improve anything (at 
least I don't see it). And in some degree, quite contrary, it 
provides false safety ("wanna hurt yourself, go ahead, ignore me, 
keep typing").
