Probably just "Fonts" but perhaps "Font Manager".

You can certainly do more than just install fonts iirc i.e. you can
also remove fonts from the system.

You might want to take a peek at the Mandrakelinux Control Center from
ver 10.1 as they seem to have some good ideas on this.
