Ok, taking a number of the comments (default background, etc) here is what it 
is now:

A few things to fix:
-Date & Time icon should have a Clock
-Items need to be lined up vertically
-Samba needs to be renamed "Samba Server"

Should "Font Installer" be just "Fonts"?
