Here are a couple of things that come to mind:

Provide a button of some sort to show the full command line to the
user if they want (e.g. so you know what /bin/rm is trying to do).

Perhaps a database (would be difficult to maintain however - maybe with
the help of distro packages it could be done) or another parameter to
kdesu to give the user a friendly description of what the command will
do.  Of course, it's open to"phishing" type attacks so if people come to
rely on just the description passed by a parameter to the program, then
it's a security problem.
